Join me for an engaging Paint & Sip workshop where we'll go beyond the canvas to free our concepts around what art and creativity truly are. In a fun, relaxed, and judgment-free atmosphere, we'll dive into captivating portrait and painting studies, guided by my unique perspective. Whether you're an experienced artist or haven't picked up a brush in years, prepare to relax, connect, and unleash your inner creative right from the comfort of your own venue or home!
I'll provide all necessary art materials, so you just need to bring your enthusiasm (and your favorite BYO drinks!). You're also welcome to request a specific theme for your session to make it uniquely yours.
Workshop Options (Minimum 8 people):
2-Hour Session: Perfect for a quick creative burst, starting from $25 per person (excluding catering).
4-Hour Session: More time to explore and create for $50 per person.
All-Day Tutorial Workshop: For a truly in-depth artistic journey, these intensive sessions are $100 per person.
Catering & Drinks: While drinks are BYO, you can elevate your experience with a delicious charcuterie board provided for an additional $20 per person.

Workshop Terms & Conditions (Disclaimer)
By proceeding with a workshop booking with Jessica Logan, you (the Client) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payment Confirmation:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your workshop date and time. Workshop dates are not secured until full payment is received.
For any custom or unique add-ons (such as live models, bespoke themes requiring special sourcing, or additional elements beyond standard provisions), additional costs will apply. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the Client prior to the workshop being confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds:
A full refund will be provided for workshop cancellations made by the Client with a minimum of 7 calendar days' written notice prior to the scheduled workshop date.
This 7-day notice period applies to both the cancellation of the entire workshop booking and to individual attendees cancelling their attendance within a confirmed group booking.
Cancellations received with less than 7 days' notice (either for the full workshop or individual attendees) are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that Jessica Logan needs to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), a full refund or a mutually agreed-upon reschedule option will be offered to the Client.
Minimum Attendance:
All workshops require a minimum of 8 paid participants to proceed. If the Client's booking falls below this minimum number the client has the option to pay the minimum cost of the 8 person booking or alternatively the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop.
Inclusions:
The workshop fee includes all necessary art materials: easels, acrylic paints, paintbrushes, various mediums, cleaning supplies, and table coverings to protect surfaces.
Catering: The Charcuterie Board catering option, if selected and paid for, includes a curated selection of cheeses, cured meats, crackers, fruit, and accompaniments. Specific dietary requirements should be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event, and every effort will be made to accommodate them, though this cannot be guaranteed for severe allergies due to the nature of shared food preparation.
Client Responsibilities (Venue & Participants):
As the workshop is hosted at your nominated venue or home, the Client is responsible for providing:
Adequate lighting and ventilation.
Sufficient working space, including tables and chairs for all participants.
A safe, clean, and accessible environment for all participants and the artist.
All drinks are BYO. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all participants consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age and for the responsible consumption of alcohol throughout the workshop.
Jessica Logan accepts no liability for any damage to the Client's property or injury to persons occurring at the Client's nominated venue.
Photography & Promotion:
Jessica Logan reserves the right to photograph or video record portions of the workshop, including participant artworks, for promotional and marketing purposes across her website, social media, and other advertising channels. If you or any of your participants do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Jessica Logan in writing prior to the workshop.
Artwork Ownership:
Participants retain full ownership of the individual artwork they create during the workshop.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
